Leads
Form submissions are pulled in automatically and sorted by whether they are real and how serious.
Whenever someone submits a form on a Creght site, it's pushed into Leads in real time; "Sync now" does it immediately. WordPress sites: on the Channels page, pick the site and paste the address under "Receive form inquiries" into your form plugin's Webhook settings (Elementor, WPForms, Contact Form 7…).
- Real inquiries: separated from SEO/web-design pitches, spam and test submissions;
- Intent: High, Medium or Low intent, with a one-line reason;
- Contact, company, a message summary, the page it came from ("Open the page it was submitted from"), the campaign (utm) and the country.
When the call is unclear it's kept and flagged as to be confirmed rather than dropped; you can change it.
Each lead has a status: New → Contacted → Qualified → Won / Lost; spam or invalid ones are marked "Spam / invalid".
Ask in the chat on the right — "which high-intent leads came in this week?", "which page brings the most leads?" — or have it draft a reply based on your positioning. It only writes drafts for you; it never sends email for you or passes contact details anywhere.
