Content: topics, writing, review, publishing
Topic pool, article review, publishing to your site; the calendar and asset library.
Content → Topics. Topics come from three places:
- "Suggest topics": the assistant on the right suggests a batch based on your positioning and existing topics, without repeats; change how it picks them under "Topic instructions" on the Topics tab;
- Search: queries with impressions but no page of yours ranking for them, added automatically on each Google sync;
- GEO: "Turn uncited into topics".
You can also "Add topic" yourself. Drop the ones you won't write ("Drop this topic"); dropped topics can be restored.
Click "Write article" on a topic, or "Write one" above the article list. It writes to your positioning and the target site, then puts it "In review". Writing is done by the back office calling the model directly — a minute or two, without using the chat on the right.
Open an article under Content → Articles:
- Approve and publish: publishes to the channel's site. Creght sites get it in their CMS; WordPress gets a post; publishing again updates it. It goes live immediately.
The first time for a Creght site you'll be asked to "Have the assistant set up publishing" (which CMS collection, which fields). Once that's done, the button publishes directly.
- Send back: add review notes; the back office revises it and puts it back in review.
- After publishing, "View live article" opens it. The first publish is added to change reviews: after 17 days you'll see the search clicks or visits it brought in.
Turn a finished article into a Xiaohongshu note or a post on X with Social → "Generate from article" — one per account, each reviewed before it's posted (see "Social").
"Calendar" in the sidebar shows every publish by week or month: scheduled, publishing, published, failed (in red) and removed social posts, plus published articles.
- Click one to open it.
- Drag a scheduled social post to another day; you can't drag into the past.
- Approved but unscheduled posts are listed at the top — drag one onto a day to schedule it (10:00 by default).
- Dragging needs the back office opened from Annulo.
"Assets" in the sidebar holds images, video and reusable text:
- "Add asset": upload files (up to 200 MB each; multi-select or drag in), paste an image or video URL, or write some text;
- Filter by type and tag, search by name, tag or content; rename, retag, copy the URL;
- Deleting an asset doesn't affect anything already posted.
When editing a social post, "Pick from assets" in Edit lets you choose images — and upload on the spot.
