Getting started
You're in — do these first: positioning, channels, your first audit and GEO check.
"Project settings" at the bottom left: project name, positioning, target customers, tone, core keywords, brand terms. The assistant uses these for topics, articles and deciding what to fix first. If you've added a site, "Draft from website" hands it to the assistant on the right: it reads all your sites, writes a draft and saves it — then complete anything marked as to be confirmed.
- Sites: Channels → "Add channel", then pick a Creght site (from your account) or a WordPress site (address, username and application password — see "Channels").
- Social: Social → "Add account", pick Xiaohongshu or X and sign in in the browser window that opens. The login stays on this computer.
- Site audit → "Run audit": ten seconds to a minute, no model cost.
- GEO: "Generate questions" (the assistant on the right writes them straight into the library; pause or delete any you don't want), then "Run check". First pick a provider configured in Annulo in the page's "Check settings" (see "AI search").
Annulo's Settings → Schedules lists what the back office runs on its own: syncing leads and Google Search data, publishing scheduled social posts, collecting social stats, the weekly audit, the weekly GEO check, the weekly report… Each can be paused or run now. They only run while Annulo is open; anything missed while your computer was off runs once when you open it again.
The ops assistant on the right acts directly: it reads your numbers, writes content, edits sites — and can change this back office itself. For example:
- "Which article brought in the most inquiries this week?"
- "Audit the homepage and fix the serious issues first"
- "Add a daily visitors chart to the overview"
Everything it does lands as a draft or preview first; going live is your call (see "The assistant").
Running another business (another brand or product line)? Create a new project in Annulo's Settings → Projects. Each project keeps its data, back-office pages and chat history separate.
