FAQ

Pricing, data, a computer that’s off, and undoing mistakes.

Is it free?

Annulo is free and open source (Apache-2.0). With your own model key, the provider bills you; creght platform models are billed in AI credits.

Where is my data?

On this computer by default (~/.annulo). For projects converted to online with creght, business data is in your creght account. Keys, browser sessions and chat history always stay local.

What happens when my computer is off?

Schedules, publishing, collecting and the assistant need Annulo open. A missed schedule runs once the next time you open it. Online projects can still be viewed on your phone while the computer is off.

How do I undo a mistake?

Every round of changes is in the project's git. Tell the assistant "undo the last change" or "go back to yesterday's version". Files that came with the template can also be restored in Settings → Projects → "Restore template files".

The back office is blank or shows an error?

When "Back-office page error" appears at the top, click "Ask the assistant to fix". If the error comes from code someone else (or another chat) is changing, the assistant asks you first.

What happened to Shuttle?

Shuttle is now Annulo. Installed copies of Shuttle offer the update and bring your projects and data along; the shuttle command still works too.
