Content center: topics, articles, media versions
Get topics, have AI write articles, then make a version for each social account, review it and publish or schedule.
Content & publishing → Content center in the sidebar, with two tabs: "Articles" and "Topics". An article is the master draft; for each social account you want to post to, add a media version, then edit, review and publish it on its own.
The "Topics" tab:
- Suggest topics: the assistant suggests a batch from your profile, your existing topics and how recent posts did, without repeating what you have;
- Add manually: write a topic and an angle yourself;
- Click a topic title or "Edit topic" to add the angle, keywords, who it's for, what readers want to know, outline, language, platforms, what readers should do at the end and missing material, then "Save and draft";
- "Write article" hands that topic to the assistant;
- Click "×" (Drop this topic) for ones you won't write; dropped ones are under "written / dropped topics" below, where you can "Restore" them;
- "Topic instructions": what the assistant follows when suggesting topics, like only certain kinds or how many at a time.

Three ways to start:
- "Write with AI": first "Requirements for this article" opens, filled with your default instructions. Changes here apply to this article only. Click "Start writing" and the assistant picks the most worthwhile topic and writes it;
- "Write article" on a topic: writes that topic;
- "New article": enter a title or topic; "Let AI write it" hands it to AI, "Save draft" creates an empty one for you to write.
While the assistant writes, the page shows "The assistant is writing…", usually for a few minutes; "View progress" shows each step. The result is a "Draft" under Articles. Change the long-term instructions under "Writing instructions". The assistant only uses personal stories you wrote in My profile and doesn't make up data or cases; matching images from the Library go into the body.
Open one; the "Article" tab is the master draft:
- "Edit": change the title, summary and body. The body takes headings, lists and images ("Upload image", "From library", or paste and drop; type / to insert a block). "Video (optional)" is for video platforms like YouTube, Douyin and Bilibili;
- "Ask AI to revise": say what to change and click "Send to AI"; it edits the current version and touches only what you mention. "More → Revision instructions" is what it follows every time;
- "More → Delete": an article with media versions can't be deleted until you handle the versions.

The "Media versions" tab on an article: one article, a separate version for each account. Editing the article doesn't overwrite saved versions.

- Add accounts: tick the accounts for this piece; several is fine. Start "Blank", or "AI writes N social versions": the assistant writes one per account for its platform and positioning, and they arrive "In review";
- Each version: draft → submit for review → approve → publish or schedule.
- "Submit for review" first checks the platform's rules for length, hashtags and images; fix any problems before submitting;
- After "Approve", "Publish now", or pick a time and "Schedule"; Annulo posts it on time (Annulo must be open). To edit a scheduled one, "Cancel schedule" first. Saving changes to an approved or scheduled version sends it back to review;
- Images: "Pick from library", drag to reorder. Video: "Pick a video from the library" or "Upload from this computer" (local videos stay on this computer, up to 8 GB, cleaned up after 90 days). On Xiaohongshu and Instagram without images, "Cover text" becomes a text cover;
- Versions that haven't gone out can be removed with "Delete version";
- The "⋯" on an account's row: "Rewrite with AI" for another version, "New blank version", and that platform's "AI instructions" (each platform's style is edited separately);
- Publish in bulk: sends all approved versions at once and shows each result;
- Published versions can't be edited. They show views, likes and comments from the latest collection; "Account data" goes to Social media, "View published content" opens the post on the platform.
Nothing goes out without your approval, and the assistant won't approve for you.
On the "Articles" tab, search titles and summaries, and filter by "Draft" or "Published". Published articles list the accounts they went to; click one to open that version.
