# Overview and weekly summary

The first page you see: key numbers, today's work and the latest weekly summary.

Operations overview

Workspace → Operations overview in the sidebar, from top to bottom:

- **Four numbers**: Website visits (PV and UV for all your sites over the last 30 days), Versions to review, Social accounts (signed in), Publishing issues. Click one to go to that page.
- **Today's work**: what needs you now, such as new inquiries to handle, inquiries with no progress for 3 days, social posts to review, failed article publishes, site issues, pages close to Google page one, changes with results, or this week's summary not written yet. Each row has a button to deal with it; click "×" to dismiss one (it comes back if the number grows).
- **Latest weekly summary**: its title and summary; "View weekly summary" opens it.
- **Sites & accounts**: each site and social account with its data collection time and publishing check (Healthy, Not checked, Publishing issue, Login expired). "Manage accounts" goes to Sites & accounts.
- **More operations data** (click to expand): versions to review, open site issues, topics, uncited AI search questions, inquiries in the last 30 days, change reviews.

Sites and social use different measures: sites are about traffic (PV, UV), social is about followers and engagement. They're never compared side by side. WordPress sites have no traffic stats and aren't counted in Website visits.

Weekly summary

Workspace → Weekly summary in the sidebar. Every 7 days a scheduled task hands the summary to the assistant: it gets every number for the period from a local function, compares with the previous one, and writes a summary, the body and suggestions for next week, saved on this page. The Operations overview shows the latest one.

- **Generate this week's report**: have the assistant write one now, same as the weekly run; usually a few minutes. While the button reads "In progress · View progress", click it to watch each step.
- **AI instructions**: the assistant follows these every time. Change what to focus on or the format here and the next one follows; "Restore default" undoes your edits.
- **See how it was written**: opens the conversation that wrote it.
- The numbers come from the same stats as the pages, not from the assistant's own arithmetic. The period is the last 7 days up to today; Google search data uses Google's last 28 days, and the summary says so.
- Missing data is called missing: no Google connection, no AI search check this week, no traffic stats for WordPress.
- Writing again for the same period updates that one instead of adding another.
