# Publishing calendar and library

See every publish by day and drag to reschedule; keep images, videos and reusable text in the library.

Publishing calendar

Content & publishing → Publishing calendar in the sidebar, by week or month: scheduled, publishing, published, failed and deleted social posts, plus articles published to your sites.

- Click an item to open its version in Content center;
- Drag a scheduled social post to another day; the time stays the same. You can't drag into the past;
- Approved posts that aren't scheduled yet are listed at the top; drag one onto a day to schedule it (10:00 by default);
- Annulo publishes on time and pushes a post back if the platform's spacing rules require.

Library

Knowledge → Library in the sidebar holds images, videos and reusable text; pick from here when writing articles or adding images to posts.

- "Upload": images or videos, up to 200 MB each; select several or drag them onto the page;
- "Add resource": paste image or video URLs (one per line; public https addresses, since the platform must be able to download them when posting), or save some text (selling points, scripts, product specs);
- Filter by All / Images / Videos / Text, search by name, tag or content;
- Each item can copy its URL or text, edit name and tags, or be deleted. Deleting doesn't affect anything already posted;
- Items the assistant saved are marked as such.
