# Overview and weekly report

Every channel on one screen; a weekly report written by the assistant every 7 days.

Overview

The first page you see:

- One card per channel: sites show PV and UV for the last 30 days; Xiaohongshu and X show followers. WordPress sites have no traffic stats, so the card says "No traffic stats" rather than 0. Social accounts whose login expired are marked "Login expired".
- Articles in review, open site issues, AI citations (GEO), leads in the last 30 days, the topic pool, change reviews and the latest weekly report — click through to each page.

Sites and social use different measures: sites are about traffic (PV / UV / IP), social is about followers and engagement (views, likes, comments, saves, shares). They're never compared side by side.

Weekly report

"Weekly reports" in the sidebar. Every 7 days a scheduled task hands the report to the assistant: it pulls every number for the period from a local function, then writes a summary, the body and 3–5 suggestions for next week. It's saved to the report page, and the overview shows the latest one.

- **Generate this week's report**: have the assistant write one now, same as the weekly run; usually a few minutes. You can watch it in the chat list on the right.
- **See how it was written**: opens the conversation that wrote the report.
- Numbers come from the same stats as the pages, not from the assistant's own arithmetic. The period is the last 7 days up to today; search data uses Google's 28-day window, and the report says so.
- Missing data is called missing: no Google connection, no GEO check this week, no traffic stats for WordPress.
- Generating again for the same period updates that report instead of adding another.
